Tomer Lotan

Director-General of the Center of Citizen Empowerment. Former head of the leadership center for local government and regional development at the JDC Israel (Joint Distribution Committee). Founder and chairman of the Ma’as (Action), which works to create the structural conditions needed for integrating a young generation into the public sector. Former advisor to Prof. Yuli Tamir (Israel’s former education minister), educational activist with a focus on informal education and special needs students. Holds an MA degree in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics, and an MA degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University.
